After 3 weeks of treatment, his lower limb swelling disappeared, weakness is relieved and facial acne is relieved. 24h urine protein quantity is 0.648g which is negative.

This patient suffers from focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a refractory disease. This disease is more common in young and middle-aged patients, with clinical manifestations of varying degrees of proteinuria, some patients with 24-hour urine protein quantity >10g, 50% of patients with microscopic hematuria, 30%-50% of patients with hypertension; One-third of the patients will have different degrees of renal insufficiency, and may also be accompanied by different degrees of renal tubular interstitial damage, such as anemia, nocturia and increased urinary enzyme increased.
